localectl: remove unnecessary line break

If /etc/locale.conf is empty or does not exist, the output of
'localectl status' command includes an unnecessary line break
as follows:

   System Locale: n/a

       VC Keymap: n/a
      X11 Layout: n/a
=======================
This commit removes the line break after the system locale.
