Enables autosuspend for the following:
    - Microchip (Composite HID + CDC)
    - i915
    - proc_thermal
    - xchi_hdc
    - snd_hda
    - pcieport
    - lpc_ich
    - iosf_mbi_pci
    - Realtek RTL8822C BT
